VIRTUAL FOTOfusion 2021 Schedule and Information

Due to COVID-19, FOTOfusion 2021 will be a virtual event this year. Attendees will be emailed a link to a Zoom meeting for each of the events they have selected.

The 2021 schedule is now complete and registrants can select their classes.

Note: Schedule is subject to change due to the busy schedule of our presenters. Changes will be emailed to attendees as soon as possible when it effects their schedule.

Mail-In Registration

Mail-in registration is possible by downloading and filling out the schedule when it becomes available. Print, fill out the form, and mail it in to the Centre at the address provided.Get Acrobat Reader

Scholarships

Student Scholarship Registrations

Students Scholarship attendees may register for a Silver Passport by filling out the information on the registration page. Make sure to check the "I have a student scholarship" box in the Silver Passport registration area. You must also enter the name of the person who recommended you for a scholarship in the box provided.

Your attendance at FOTOfusion can be paid for in two ways: 1) Purchase a GOLD or SILVER Passport which includes many events at no additional charge. OR 2) Purchase Single Event Tickets which require purchasing a ticket for each individual event.

Other Information

Applications

Application forms for FOTOfusion® are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Mail or fax in your completed application as early as possible to best guarantee your first choice and receive the early registration discount. You may also register online at fotofusion.org (above).

Liability

All FOTOfusion® participants accept full responsibility for personal injury and/or personal losses during the period of the festival, and are required to sign a waiver of responsibility. Applications and payments are acknowledgment of the terms and conditions as outlined in this brochure. Important Note: The Palm Beach Photographic Centre assumes no liability for non-refundable airline tickets that cannot be used due to any segments of the festival being cancelled or misprints in this brochure.

We are locatied 4.5 miles from Palm Beach International Airport and 45 miles from the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.

When You Arrive

The FOTOfusion® registration office, located at Palm Beach Photographic Centre, City Center Building, 415 Clematis Street, in downtown West Palm Beach. This is the same complex as the West Palm Beach City Hall and Library. Registration will be open 8 am to 5 pm, Tuesday–Friday, and 8 am to 2 pm, Saturday. Please stop by to pick up your passport and registration packet BEFORE going to any activities.

Parking

Parking is available at various lots throughout the city including the city garrage on the northeast corner of our building complex (Banyan and Dixie Hwy). Also, west of Quadrille and the railroad tracks between Banyan and Clematis. Other lots are available throughout the area.

What To Bring

It is highly recommended that you bring a portfolio containing examples of your work for portfolio reviews; and there will be plenty to photograph, so bring your camera.

Refund Policy

If you decide to withdraw from FOTOfusion®, please inform us no later than December 31 – we will refund your deposit, less a $100 withdrawal fee. Because of our obligations to presenting artists, no refund of any payments will be made for notification after December 31 and for no-shows or for withdrawal after FOTOfusion® begins.
